Admission Criteria
The home is designed for adults with a Learning Disability and associated complex needs [age 18-65], with Autistic Spectrum Disorders as a speciality.
We will also conduct an assessment on service users with the following conditions:
- Epilepsy
- Sensory Impairments
- Prader-Willi Syndrome
Admission of service users to Green Tiles will be carried out in accordance with the National Minimum Standards. All service users will be assessed to ascertain suitability as well as to develop their person centred plans.

Alpha Community Care Service accepts referrals from the following Sources:
- Self Referral (Service Users leaving home for first time)
- Family Doctors and Community Support Units
- Care Managers (Social Services Department/LA)
- Primary Care Trust
- Consultant Psychiatrist (Learning Disability/Mental Health)
- Learning Disability Nurses
- Relatives (Service Users)
- SEN schools/ Residential Colleges
- Placement Breakdowns
